The Essence of Respect
RAMON A. OLIVARES | Founder The Guide Artists
Each issue of The Guide Artists is the result of a commitment that goes far beyond publishing a magazine or a book. It reflects years of dedication, a sincere passion for figurative art, and a constant desire to offer artists a space that is dignified, transparent, and honest.
This month, however, invites us to reflect. Not on art itself, but on the attitudes that threaten its very essence: disrespect, envy, and the intent to damage what has been built with effort and love. It is disheartening to see that, in an environment that should be guided by sensitivity and mutual admiration, there are still those who choose to destroy rather than contribute.
Since the very beginning, The Guide Artists has upheld an unshakable principle: respect. Respect for art, for the artist, and for the work of all those who make this project possible. Without respect, there can be no dialogue, no growth, and no lasting legacy. And although disappointment may sometimes touch us closely, our determination to keep creating and building will always remain stronger.
In this issue, I pay tribute to Anna Wypych, the featured artist on our cover. Anna has been with us since the start, accompanying each stage of our journey with trust, talent, and integrity. Her art reminds us that beauty is born from commitment, discipline, and inner truth.
This message is also for all the artists who continue to persevere, for those who create with honesty and passion, who do not give in to noise or indifference. They are the reason we continue. Their faith and their work give meaning to every page, every book, and every project.
I am deeply proud to have built this great art brand alongside my wife and a team of professionals who work with dedication and excellence to ensure that every detail always meets the standards of what we believe in. Thanks to them, The Guide Artists continues to grow, faithful to its essence and its mission to defend true art.
We will move forward with the same conviction as always, upholding respect, authenticity, and beauty. We will never be guided by hatred or disrespect. Because true art never fades. It endures.
