We Live to Create
JENNIFER GÓMEZ | Co-Founder The Guide Artists
At The Guide Artists, art is not just a vocation—it is our reason for being. Since our inception, we have been fully dedicated to discovering, promoting, and supporting some of the most exceptional talents in contemporary figurative art. What began as a digital magazine soon evolved into a respected international publishing house, and now—ten years later—it becomes something even greater: a living, physical, and emotional space for creation, memory, and artistic connection.
More than just a publishing house, we are a global community united by a profound admiration for beauty, technique, and artistic honesty. Over the past decade, we have worked tirelessly to offer artists from around the world a place where their work is not only seen, but understood, appreciated, and preserved. Every book we publish is more than a product—it is a living archive, a printed legacy, a declaration of love for authentic art.
But we weren’t content with seeing these works only on screens or pages. We felt the need—even the responsibility—to go further: to stand face to face with the paintings, to perceive their nuances, their textures, their power. We wanted to meet the artists we admired from afar, to visit their studios, hear their stories, and build something more human: a true relationship. That’s why we now organize exhibitions, artist talks, and presentations across different countries.
Because art must be lived, breathed, and shared. We are driven by the desire to build real connections. And it’s this search for authenticity that has led us to meet extraordinary artists—each with their own world, their own language, their own sensitivity. Along the way, we’ve realized that the value of what we do lies not only in the books, the sales, or the numbers, but in the chance to preserve what is essential: beauty, truth, and the soul of art.
The Guide Artists has grown quietly—without noise, but with great purpose. We have built a catalog of beautifully crafted publications, taking care of every detail, every text, every photograph—so that the works can speak for themselves. Over time, we’ve earned the trust of artists, collectors, institutions, and art lovers around the world. We are deeply grateful for the respect we have earned through honesty and perseverance.
Now we are taking a new step—perhaps our most ambitious and exciting yet. Beginning in September 2025, The Guide Artists will enter a new era: a broader, more physical, more intimate project. We will begin archiving and preserving the work of our artists as part of a great time capsule. Books, catalogs, special editions, documents, and original artworks will become part of a legacy we are committed to protecting and passing on to future generations. Because we know that beauty never dies—but it must be cared for. And because we firmly believe that art is a testimony of its time, and as such, must be preserved with intention and responsibility.
This new direction—once unimaginable—is now a source of great excitement. It brings new challenges, new partnerships, and above all, a deeper commitment to our community. Because The Guide Artists would be nothing without the artists, without the readers, without the institutions that open their doors to us, and without all those who believe in the transformative power of art.
This journey is just beginning. And we are certain that the best is yet to come.
