Santi approaches realism not as a style, but as a language. In his paintings, the human body becomes an emotional landscape, and light—or its absence—tells stories that words cannot.
The book is released in parallel with his first solo exhibition, also titled PRAETERITUM, opening in May 2025. A curated collection of works that engage with the past not as something distant, but as a presence that lives in the now: intimate, persistent, alive.
