Roberto Ferri´s Painted Philosophy

Roberto Ferri, born in Taranto (Apulia) in 1978, is a renowned artist celebrated for his mastery of figurative painting. A graduate of the “Lisippo” Artistic Lyceum in Taranto, Ferri began his journey as a self-taught painter, immersing himself in the study of classical art from the 16th to 19th centuries. Over time, he devoted himself to Caravaggesque and academic painting, earning recognition as a modern-day Caravaggio.

Throughout his career, Ferri has undertaken numerous personal projects, showcasing his realistic and figurative art infused with Baroque inspiration.

This book presents a collection of Ferri’s most magnificent works, where the flawless rendering of bodies and faces demonstrates his exceptional skill. His ability to merge realism with profound religious themes is particularly striking. Known for his mastery of chiaroscuro and precision in detail, Ferri’s art evokes deep emotions, drawing viewers into the expressive essence of his figures.

The book itself is a work of art, featuring a unique gold stamping design that adds a sense of power and distinction, mirrored in the cover artwork. Printed on special matte poly material, this edition offers an extraordinary visual and tactile experience, making it a must-have for art enthusiasts.
