With more than two decades of artistic experience, Patricia Sánchez Saiffe has developed a practice spanning painting, printmaking, portraiture, and illustration for children’s and young adult books. Her work explores memory, the passage of time, and the perception of childhood, weaving together recollection, sensitivity, and imagination through a distinctive visual language.
Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Patricia Sánchez Saiffe brings together an academic background in communications and graphic design with a sustained commitment to artistic exploration. Este mes de octubre, dedicado al retrato, te invitamos a descubrir a la artista mexicana Patricia Sánchez Saiffe y su obra ALINEACIÓN.
Con más de dos décadas de trayectoria artística, Patricia Sánchez Saiffe ha desarrollado una práctica que abarca la pintura, la gráfica, el retrato y la ilustración de libros infantiles y juveniles. Su obra explora la memoria, el paso del tiempo y la percepción de la infancia, entrelazando recuerdos, sensibilidad e imaginación a través de un lenguaje visual propio.
Nacida en Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, Patricia Sánchez Saiffe combina su formación académica en Ciencias de la Comunicación y Diseño Gráfico con una dedicación constante a la exploración artística. Su enfoque multidisciplinar refleja un especial interés por la manera en que las imágenes moldean nuestra percepción de la memoria, el tiempo y el mundo que nos rodea.
En este número, nos adentramos en el universo creativo de Patricia Sánchez Saiffe y en su particular manera de narrar visualmente a través de la pintura.
